    Any types of fruits
    Dried legumes, beans, peas, lentils
    Egg whites
    Fish
    Fresh garlic and herbs, dried spices and herbs
    Grains
    Lean meats and chicken
    Low fat and low sodium soup base or stock
    Low fat dairy products
    Low sodium pasta sauce
    Low-sodium salsa or spicy sauce
    Nuts
    Olive oil
    Popcorn that can be air-popped
